Psycholinguistic analysis shows human peers use more first-person and past-focused language than AI, and AI often fabricates experiential grounding without real experience. This synthetic lived experience paradox risks misleading caregivers, necessitating mechanisms to distinguish supportive framing from fabricated experience.
