Bolt Graphics is developing a GPU that includes two DDR5 SODIMM slots for overflow memory, aiming for full production by Christmas 2027. The company has working prototypes and targets creators as its initial audience.

• The GPU utilizes a 5nm process with on-card LPDDR5X as the primary memory pool.
• Two DDR5 SODIMM slots allow total memory capacity to exceed 100GB.
• The design includes increased cache to compensate for lower SODIMM bandwidth and competitive memory latency.
• Hardware features include two PCIe Gen5 x16 slots, a 1Gb RJ-45 port, and a target power consumption of 120W.
• The company is currently developing its 5nm chips after working with 12nm prototypes and sponsors the Blender Foundation.
