AWS adds one-click Hugging Face to SageMaker Studio integration

AWS has launched a one-click integration that allows developers to move directly from Hugging Face model pages into Amazon SageMaker Studio for customization or deployment.

• Deep links on Hugging Face enable "Customize on SageMaker AI" and "Deploy on SageMaker AI" buttons that pre-load models in the respective Studio workflows.
• New Studio environments created via this flow automatically include the AmazonSageMakerModelCustomizationCoreAccess policy, eliminating manual IAM configuration.
• The Studio UI now displays GPU quota availability for G5 and G6 instances directly within the instance selection list.

This integration minimizes friction by removing context switching and manual environment setup, allowing developers to fine-tune or deploy models immediately upon discovery.
