Goose v1.43.0 adds GPT-5.6 and GLM-5.2 support with per-message usage stats

Goose v1.43.0 introduces support for the GPT-5.6 family and GLM-5.2 models, alongside new per-message usage statistics in the desktop interface.

• Per-message usage stats UI displaying tokens, cost, TTFT, and tok/s.
• OllamaCloudProvider with dynamic model discovery and context limits.
• iFlytek Spark and Astron MaaS providers added.
• OVHcloud Qwen3.6-27B model support with 262K context.
• French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Indonesian, Malay, Vietnamese, and Traditional Chinese desktop locales.
• Provider bindings MVP to goose-sdk with Python wheel publishing.

The update also includes numerous bug fixes for session handling, provider compatibility, and UI stability.
