llama.cpp b10041 release with macOS KleidiAI disabled

The llama.cpp project has released version b10041, which includes a fix to ignore empty or non-existing Origin headers to prevent unnecessary CORS warnings.

• macOS Apple Silicon builds now have KleidiAI support disabled.
• Pre-built binaries are available for macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel), Linux (CPU, Vulkan, ROCm, OpenVINO, SYCL), Android, Windows (CPU, OpenCL, CUDA 12/13, Vulkan, OpenVINO, SYCL, HIP), and openEuler.
• An iOS XCFramework and a standalone UI package are also included in the release.
