Claude Code version 2.1.215 updates the behavior of the /verify and /code-review skills so that they are no longer executed automatically.
- The /verify skill is now disabled by default and must be invoked manually.
- The /code-review skill is also disabled by default and requires explicit invocation.
- Users must explicitly call these commands when they want to use them.
