A user has released F-0310, a zero-dependency wrapper that enables fully local deployment of Coqui XTTS-v2 and Qwen 2.5 on Windows without requiring cloud APIs.
The system integrates Qwen 2.5 to run local safety guardrails before passing prompts to the speech synthesis engine. It utilizes Coqui XTTS-v2 for high-fidelity zero-shot voice cloning and includes automated .bat scripts for isolated environment setup. Additionally, it features dynamic hardware detection to switch execution backends between NVIDIA CUDA 12.1, AMD DirectML, Intel Iris/Arc, or CPU fallback.
This setup allows users to perform unlimited offline voice imitation while bypassing monthly usage caps and character limits associated with cloud services.
