The FlyEye project has published the first compact neuron-level dataset alongside a browser and runtime developer kit. This release includes the Tubban/flyeye-escape-neuron-v1 dataset hosted on Hugging Face.
- The dataset contains a 3,376-neuron / 78,797 signed-edge compact graph derived from the MaleCNS.
- It includes a manifest, report, aggregate fast profile, citation metadata, and licensing information.
- The graph is designed for reproducible browser and Python experiments.
- FlyEye explicitly separates connectome-derived wiring from modeled perception and neural dynamics.
The authors welcome feedback on schema, provenance, graph ergonomics, and useful downstream tasks.
