Researchers from the Institute of Foundation Models (IFM) are hosting an Ask Me Anything session regarding their recently released K2 Horizon project. The initiative consists of a connected fleet of six fully open models ranging in size from 0.9B to 375B parameters.
- IFM has open-sourced not only the model weights but also training data, recipes, code, intermediate checkpoints, and fine-grained logs.
- The AMA covers topics including pre-training data mixes, post-training techniques, MoVA, sparse attention, and on-device deployment.
- Six team members from IFM will participate in the live session scheduled for Monday, October 5, from 8–10 PM PT.
